Terms & Conditions

Shipping

We aim to process all orders within 24 hours. Dispatch day is currently on Tuesdays. 


All UK orders up to 2kg are shipped via Royal’s Mail’s next day service. Your order should arrive on the next working day, but please note this is not guaranteed by Royal Mail. If your order has not arrived within a few days of dispatch, please contact orders@latostadora.coffee. Orders over 2kg may be shipped via DHL.


All European orders up to 2kg are shipped via Royal Mail’s ‘International Tracked’ service. Orders over 2kg are shipped via DHL.

Please note: Following changes resulting from Brexit, some international orders will be subject to customs duties and/or import taxes. The customer will be responsible for paying these charges should they apply. We strongly recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before purchasing

If you have signed up to a subscription you will be charged every month on the same date until you choose to cancel. Subscriptions are dispatched on Tuesdays. Ongoing subscriptions can be cancelled at any time by emailing us via orders@latostadora.coffee or by logging into your account.

Return & Refund Policy

We will accept returns of any equipment or faulty goods. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with a receipt or proof of purchase. It should be brought in or shipped to the store at 267 Poyser Street, E2 9RF. Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase.

 

Because coffee is a consumable good we will only replace or refund coffee if it is faulty or damaged. 

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at orders@latostadora.coffee.
 

Only regular priced items may be refunded,  sale items cannot be refunded.
